Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Untracked Shipping
We no longer offer untracked postage. We wanted to be able to offer our customers a better way to receive their orders. Due to Covid-19 and the rush that all couriers/Australia Post were receiving, many packages were lost and delayed. With no way to track these orders, we felt this was just not good enough. We decided to offer a flat rate fee for tracked shipping at a reduced rate.

Tracked Shipping
We offer a Tracked Flat Rate Shipping fee of $9.50. 

Delivery Times
Currently there are delays with deliveries. This unfortunately is out of our control. Please keep in mind the couriers are doing the best they can with the current pandemic and are trying to deliver your parcel on time. Please expect delays and order early. We are unable to give you an estimated delivery date as conditions with Australia Post are changing daily. 

Turn Around Time
Please allow up to 3 weeks for items production time. Although we do try to get your order out earlier, please allow up to three weeks. This turn around time is before shipping. 4 weeks turn around time on NUTCRACKER orders.

Returns/Replacement Policy
All items are personalised and lovingly handmade to your specification. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please take care with spelling when making your order. We will not refund your order or send out a replacement item if you have made an error when ordering. If you have made an error while ordering, please contact us immediately. If we have not started processing your order, we can fix this up at no extra cost. Please email us at hello@mylovelygifts.com.au. 

Error in Product/Damaged Product
We will send out a replacement item In the event of a faulty product or an error on our end. 

If your item is damaged on arrival, please email through a photo and I will arrange to have your item sent out again. 

Orders Not Received
We will follow up the delivery with Australia Post or our couriers to issue the refund to us, we will then send out your replacement item. 

Incorrect Address on Order or Delivery Returned to Sender
We will not issue a refund or replacement for orders not received due to incorrect address supplied or if the supplied address is closed or unable to accept delivery. Please check your details carefully when making your order. If you do find that you have supplied us with the incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been sent out, we can easily change the details. If your delivery is returned to us due to unable to deliver because of incorrect address or closure, you will need to pay the full shipping fee again to resend the order.
