Our drawers and drawer boxes are easy to assemble. To know what you have in each drawer without having to keep opening them, the front of every drawer has a strip of vinyl-covered paper covered by a piece of 2mm clear acrylic. This is added for convenience so you can note what you have in each drawer compartment. If you need to delete or change an item, this is easy too. Unscrew the two screws and change of replace the vinyl paper. Four rubber feet are supplied to prevent the unit from sliding across the desktop.
We use two thicknesses of MDF in our products: 3mm for the drawers and 6mm for the carcass. All the MDF we use is made in Australia and sourced from a prominent Australian company. The MDF we use is classed as E0 (zero emission). We use 6mm MDF for the carcass to provide strength and stability.
The parts are accurately laser-cut and fit together well, making them easy to assemble with a small amount of PVA. We supply two 90-degree-angle corner pieces to keep the corners square while the glue dries.
The partitions are made from 2mm clear acrylic, making it easy to see what you have in the compartments. The partitions can be removed to create different-sized compartments and to make cleaning easier.
The units are 300mm long, 150mm wide and 150mm high.
